Valor PayTech has hired “payments veterans” Riaz Ladha and Eric Kirk to lead its new strategic payments business unit. Ladha joins Valor as senior vice president of integrated payments and strategy. He will be responsible for leading the Card-Not-Present (CNP) business unit.

Eric Kirk joins Valor as vice president of Integrated Payments and Strategic Sales, responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and business opportunities in the CNP space. Before joining Valor, Riaz Ladha was vice president of industry relations at the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA). He also served as vice president of corporate business for paytech company NMI.

Kirk was previously senior vice president of institutional partnerships at BHG Financial, director of North American sales for NMI’s Enterprise and Strategic Division, and executive vice president for restaurant POS solution Aptito.

According to Eric Bernstein, CEO of Valor, Ladha and Kirk‘s “background and connections” will help the company build new partnerships and increase sales.

The company, which provides end-to-end omnichannel commerce solutions for merchants and sellers, has also launched Valor Connect. This “one-click” integration gives businesses quick access to its payment suite.
