The CEO of InnovX’s psycho-education and leadership skills are complemented by a sharp mind trained in business risk arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, and financial transaction negotiation.
Diana Dumitrescu has more than two decades of experience in the financial sector, focusing on project management and IT. She has worked with various traditional financial institutions such as ING Bank, CEC Bank, EximBank, and Volksbank Romania before deciding to take a different path and establish connections between companies such as BCR and tech startups with various projects.
This woman in tech is co-founder of the European Center for Services Investments and Financing (ECSIF), whose goal is to support fintech entrepreneurs, and co-director of the global startup community Startup Grind Bucharest.
