Hong Kong-based PayTech startup KPay Merchant Service has received $10 million in a funding round. Founded in late 2020, KPay is a one-stop digital payment and business management solutions platform. The company supports small and medium-sized businesses and has signed up over 12,000 local merchants since its inception.
The Bengaluru-based digital banking infrastructure company Signzy (website) announced that it had received INR 210 million ($26 million) in its latest round of funding from Gaja Capital and its existing investors Vertex Ventures and Arkam Ventures.
Ledgy wants to take the headache out of equity management for startups. Ledgy aims to help start-up entrepreneurs with their services. It just closed a $22 million Series B funding round. While CEO and co-founder Yoko Spirig declined to share the fintech startup's new valuation after the round, he said Ledgy achieved a "significantly higher" valuation than in our Series A last year.
Munich-based startup Fulfin (website) has raised €4.3 million in a Series A funding round led by existing investors such as Hevella Capital, the investment vehicle of Hansa Rostock investor Rolf Elgeti, and Lakeside. Stabelton, a European fintech platform for alternative investments, joined as a new investor.
A low double-digit million amount flows into the startup Heimkapital, which partially buys real estate. The Vereinigte Volksbank is also participating again and has more startups in its portfolio than previously known.
Fazz (website) Southeast Asia finttech, has secured $100 million in Series C funding with $75 million from Tiger Global, DST Investment, B Capital, Insignia Ventures Partners and ACE & Company. In addition, the fintech company has received a $25 million credit facility from Lendable.
Power, a fintech infrastructure startup, is launching its comprehensive credit card issuing platform after a year in stealth mode and with $16.1 million in seed funding and a $300 million credit facility. The New York-based company's seed round was led by Anthemis and Fin Capital and included CRV, Financial Venture Studio, Dash Fund, Plug & Play and a group of angel investors.
San Francisco-based paytech Finix has received $30 million in new funding, bringing its total capital to $133 million. New and existing investors, including The General Partnership, Franklin Templeton, American Express Ventures, Acrew Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, Cap Table Coalition, Homebrew, Insight Partners, Inspired Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Precursor Ventures, PSP Growth, and Vamos Ventures, participated in the round.
Irish paytech Ryft (website) has closed a seed round led by SFC Capital. Other investors include the ex-founder of Shutterstock and the founder of LoveFilm. This brings Ryft's total funding to date to £1.2 million. Ryft enables automated next-day payouts for marketplace businesses and their merchants for a single flat fee per transaction.
